A place where the garden ends and the sea begins

What a wonderful time we had at Villa Roca. The house was excellent, and host Marcela was very helpful. We hope to return to Vis and Villa Roca someday!

Villa Roca was a beautiful place to stay for our group. We came to Vis for a friend’s wedding and it is by far the most beautiful place on the island! Being able to swim between the pool and the ocean was lovely. We all felt super relaxed and as though we didn’t want to leave. There are some lovely beaches nearby but a car is essential to get to nearby restaurants and supermarket. Vis town is about a 15 min drive. This was no problem for us as we barely wanted to leave! A taxi to town was about €25 one way. The villa has staff onsite who live in an apartment just above the home. They are friendly and around to help with any issues during stay.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Villa Roca! Let me begin by saying how much we appreciated Marcela! She was such a beautiful host. When it comes to what we enjoyed about Villa Roca, there are too many joys to list! For us, Villa Roca was perfect in every detail...the decor, the pool, the towels, the beds, the ocean-access, the provided coffee/tea...it was all perfect! Thank you!

Skvělá dovolená především díky Villa Roca. Nádherné místo, bezchybný dům - obří terasa, venkovní kuchyně s velkým grilem, krásný bazén, vkusné vybavení. Výborný personál - holky jsou super. Krásná písečná pláž 5 minut chůze, v blízkosti několik kvalitních restaurací. Příští rok jedeme znovu!

Absolutely amazing place to be! The afternoon coffee with incredible seaview and morning sunrise was just awesome. Beautiful nature and friendly people around. Rooms are so clean and kitchen perfect equipped! I am so grateful for all amazing job You've done and looking forward for our next stay.

Fantastiche Aussicht & Servis - perfekt Kroatien ! Urlaub zum Ausspannen !!! Wundebarer und ruhiger Platz mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer. Diese Szenerie wird zusätzlich ergänzt mit einem Sprung ins Pool und jeden Abend mit perfekt ausgesuchten und wirklich gutem Wein - noch genüsslicher auf der Terrasse! Die beste Entspannung seit ein paar Jahren! Davon könnte es mehr geben ! Danke!!

Amazing, strongly recommend! Myself and a group of friends went to stay at Villa Roca which can only be described as one thing- paradise! The Villa in itself and the location is more beautiful in real life then in the pictures. We were only 1 minute from the sea with the clearest water. It was our first time to Croatia and Robert and his team were extremely accommodating and helpful with booking the trip and all our questions when we were there- they assisted with restaurant bookings, taxi bookings, day trip to the Blue Caves, boat hire, lighting the BBQ and the list goes on. I could not recommend this more, I believe we all left saying this is the best holiday we have ever had and we cant wait for the next opportunity to go back.
